Day 1
Cividale
Arrival to Cividale, sightseeing tour around the city, dinner and overnight in Cividale.
Day 2
Cividale – Breg pri Golem Brdu
This stage leads through the sunny hills of Goriška Brda to the village Golo Brdo. Overnight with breakfast at the tourist farm at Golo Brdo.
Stage 29 – difficulty: easy, 13,2 km, 4:15 h
Day 3
Breg pri Golem Brdu – Šmartno
Through the vineyard region of Goriška Brda, the pathway leads us to little Medieval village Šmartno. Degustation of local wines and other goodies in one of the wine cellars on request. Overnight with breakfast in Šmartno.
Stage 30 – difficulty: moderate, 26,0 km, 7:45 h
Day 4
Šmartno – Cormons
From Medieval village Šmartno, the trail continues through the orchards and vineyards to the village Medana and then further to Italy, ending in the small, but charming town Cormons.
Stage 31 – difficulty: moderate, 14,9 km, 5:00 h
Day 5
Cormòns – Cividale
Private transfer from Cormons to Cividale or individual departure (possible by train).
