1. General
Kärnten Werbung attaches great importance to the privacy of each customer. Personal data are therefore always processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and, in particular, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018.

2. Data protection on Kärnten Werbung websites
When a user visits these websites, data are collected and then used by Kärnten Werbung for analysis purposes. Such collection serves the following purposes, in particular:

5. Right of revocation

6. Google Fonts
The Kärnten Werbung websites use Google fonts from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Fonts are used without authentication and no cookies are sent to the Google Fonts API. 7. Operational principles of social media plug-ins

9. Facebook remarketing/retargeting
The Kärnten Werbung websites contain remarketing tags from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. When you visit the Kärnten Werbung websites, the remarketing tags establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This enables Facebook to receive information that you have visited our sites from your IP address. 10. Google Analytics
Kärnten Werbung uses Google Analytics by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for web analysis purposes on its websites. The use of this analysis service also involves saving cookies to your computer.
The resulting information, including the IP addresses of visitors, is sent to a server in the United States, where it is then stored. For data protection reasons, Kärnten Werbung uses the function “_anonymizeIP()”, so that the transmitted IP addresses only undergo processing in abbreviated form and do not allow any direct association with individuals.

The websites of Kärnten Werbung and its regional tourism partners contain tracking points from Adform, Wildersgade 10B, 1408 Copenhagen, Denmark. This enables Kärnten Werbung and its regional tourism partners to track the activities of users after they have visited and navigated around our sites. Any data that are collected in this process remain anonymous. This means that the data of individual users cannot be accessed. Collected data are, however, stored and processed by Adform. We are providing you with information on this issue, based on the most recent information we have received ourselves. These tracking points enable Kärnten Werbung and its regional tourism partners to provide users with specially customised ads.

Kärnten Werbung websites also use cookies and products from Adform A/S (Ad Server, DSP and DMP) for targeted advertising, acting as joint controllers with Österreich Werbung (www.austria.info) in compliance with GDPR Article 26. For this purpose it records a variety of parameters (pages accessed, device type, location, visited recently websites) and groups together users under different sections. Applying statistical analyses, it then finds similar persons within the global Adform cookie pool, to whom it presents specific promotional material advertising for Austrian tourism.
